When Captain Shih Mien Chi founded 知悅 in 2005, he could not have imagined the reach his small firm would eventually have. More than 3 years later, the firm has grown into a profitable firm and continues to realize his vision.

Although the government policy has become different about the Defense Industry Reserve Duty System, his original mission has remained the same (with a little rewording from year to year): to help clients make distinctive, lasting, and substantial improvements in their performance and to build a great firm that is able to attract, develop, excite, and retain exceptional people.
